These therapists are accepting new clients! A free 30 minute consultation is available to clients who are looking to start counselling. This time is yours to ask questions or concerns you may have, and also gives you an opportunity to meet with the therapist and see if they are a good fit to continue therapy with. Please note this is not a therapy session.

Our individual sessions are a safe, caring and non-judgemental space, where you and your therapist can explore your feelings, behaviors and beliefs. Your therapist will work collaboratively with you in setting therapy goals and getting you to where you want to be. Sessions are offered in person or virtually.

This therapy is for couples at any and all stages of the relationship. This therapy is for couples at any and all stages of the relationship. Couples therapy is not only if your relationship is in crisis, it can also be a place to learn more about each other (premarital), learn ways to cope and communicate during life transitions (moving in together, growing family), and learn ways to support one another during a difficult moment in your relationship (miscarriage, loss, betrayal). Our therapists work with you to meet your relationship goals and needs.
